20 February 2025 - The Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 today revealed a vibrant and inclusive new motto, “IT's Your Vibe”, which places people at the heart of the Games.
Unveiled during the World Broadcasters Meeting in Milan, the motto encompasses the shared nature of the Games, aiming to celebrate the energy, passion and connection between every person associated with Milano Cortina 2026: athletes, fans, volunteers and many more.
More than just a motto
The motto has been specifically chosen because of its versatility.
“IT” symbolises Italy, the host country, where the “vibes” of Milano Cortina 2026 are already being felt.
“IT's Your Vibe” can also celebrate the athletes' talent by transforming into “IT's Talent – IT's Your Vibe”; highlight innovation by becoming “IT's Creativity – IT's Your Vibe”; or convey the emotion of the Games that connects both athletes and fans as “IT's Energy – IT's Your Vibe”.
The motto can even be adapted to the host cities or sports: “IT's Milan – IT's Your Vibe”, “IT's Cortina – IT's Your Vibe”, “IT's figure skating - IT's Your Vibe”, etc.
